To avoid sending faxes to the wrong recipients, you can make settings so that the user has to enter a fax number again when entering the fax number manually.
Click Apple - System Preferences - Print & Scan or Print & Fax.
Select FAX XXXXXX (your printer) from Printer, and then click Options & Supplies - Driver.
