Setting Up the Fax Function of Your Printer
You can configure Header Information Settings, Auto Answer Settings, and Dial Tone Detection Settings of the FAX function for your printer.

Start FAX Utility.

Select FAX XXXXXX (your printer) from Printer, and then click Fax Settings.

Follow the on-screen instructions to configure Header Information Settings, Auto Answer Settings, and Dial Tone Detection Settings.

 Note:

If your printer has a security function that allows administrators to restrict users from changing the printer's fax settings, you may need to enter an administrator password to continue.
