Restrictions on Handling the Printer's Phone Book (Contact List)

• You cannot edit, move, or delete every e-mail address and folder name that is used for forwarding received faxes or scanned data.
  They are replaced by the following grey message text; "In use by another function".
• Any entries that are being used for fax jobs, such as scheduled faxes, are protected so that they cannot be edited, moved, or deleted until the job is canceled or finished. FAX Utility displays the protected entries in grey.

You can add a protected speed dial entry to a group dial list.
