Making Settings so that Received Faxes are not Saved on a Computer
This section explains how to change the settings from your computer. Received faxes are printed or saved in the product's memory depending on the printer's settings.
 Note:
- You can also change the setting using the printer. For more details, see the printer’s manual.
- If any received faxes remain on the printer, you cannot change the setting.

Start FAX Utility.

Click Fax Receive Monitor.

Select your printer on the Fax Receive Monitor, and then click Received Fax Output Settings.

Select "Print" (print faxes on the printer) or "Not save faxes" from Received Fax Output Settings.
