Logs may include the following sensitive information taken at the time of each request over the past 7 days:
- Names, phone numbers, and email addresses of Contacts 
- Dates and timestamps of phone calls and messages
- Names of artists, songs, and albums used in media apps
- Dates and times for Reminders, Calendar events, and Alarms
- Transcripts of certain Siri queries
- App names
 
You can review the collected content in the attachments before submitting your radar. The data you choose to submit will be used to help Apple develop and improve Siri, including to investigate and resolve issues related to Siri Remembers.
