.SH DESCRIPTION
This package provides two commands to quote and unquote the disallowed
characters for url using the \fIurn\fR scheme, registers the scheme
with the package \fBuri\fR, and provides internal helpers which
will be automatically used by the commands \fBuri::split\fR and
\fBuri::join\fR of package \fBuri\fR to handle urls using the
\fIurn\fR scheme.

This command quotes the characters disallowed by the \fIurn\fR scheme
(per RFC 2141 sec2.2) in the \fIurl\fR and returns the modified url as
its result.

This commands performs the reverse of \fB::uri::urn::quote\fR. It
takes an \fIurn\fR url, removes the quoting from all disallowed
characters, and returns the modified urls as its result.
